Registered Office Change
A Registered Office Change refers to the process of changing the official address of a company's registered office. This address is where all official communications and notices from government authorities are sent. It is also where statutory records and documents are maintained. The registered office is specified during the company's incorporation and must be a physical location within India.
What is Registered Office Change ?
Changing the registered office of a company involves updating the official address where the company’s legal documents and correspondence are sent. This change must be formally documented and communicated to regulatory authorities to ensure that all legal notices and communications are directed to the new address. The process typically requires a resolution by the company's board of directors or shareholders and involves filing the relevant forms with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
It's crucial for the company to update its registered office details to maintain compliance with legal requirements and ensure smooth operational continuity.

Shipping Policy - The Basics
A Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the legal relations between you and your customers. It provides a framework for outlining your obligations and addressing various potential issues that may arise, and what happens in each case.
A Shipping Policy is good practice and benefits both sides—you and your customers. Customers benefit from being informed about what to expect from your service, while you benefit because clear Shipping Policies can attract more customers by eliminating uncertainties about shipping timeframes or processes.
